Ramona graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in June 2011. While at the CCMH, Ramona focused on the treatment of chronic pain outreach clinics.
Ramona continued her love of knowledge and education in 2015 when she returned to school to begin her study of osteopathy. She has since finished the five years of class time. She is now focusing on her thesis to complete the program and receive her Diploma of Osteopathy.
Ramona uses her knowledge and many modalities to figure out the root cause of the pain and not just treat its symptoms.
Ramona uses a variety of deep tissue work, myofascial release, Swedish techniques along with and joint mobilizations to help her patients recover from strains, sprains, postural imbalances, headaches and more.
Ramona looks forward to helping you heal yourself.
